IMAT provides mechanical field support for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems across solar PV plants.

  • Visual inspection and replacement of defective PV modules.
  • Mechanical inspection of tracker systems; bolt torquing according to ISO 2859 or OEM requirements.
  • Gearbox and motor lubrication.
  • Inspection of structures.
  • Array cables and panels.
  • Traceable reporting by block.
  • Tracker and string including old and new serial numbers.
  • Weekly, monthly and annual weather-station maintenance, including irradiance-meter calibration to IEC 62446-1; and fence and access-control inspection, including CCTV.
